Sports Performance Specialist
Soon to be Doctor of Chiropractic
Mikaela Stanton is a performance coach and lifelong athlete dedicated to helping individuals unlock their physical potential through purposeful training, movement quality, and discipline.
Originally from Southern California, Mikaela began playing basketball at the age of six. What started as a love for the game evolved into a career that took her across North America and overseas, including opportunities to compete internationally in Canada and professionally in Bosnia and Herzegovina. These experiences shaped her understanding of the dedication, resilience, and preparation required to perform at an elite level.
Over the past decade, Mikaela has brought that experience into her work as a coach, helping athletes and individuals develop strength, improve movement, and build confidence in what their bodies are capable of. Her training philosophy emphasizes intentional movement, athletic performance, and long-term physical resilience.
In addition to her work as a coach, Mikaela is currently pursuing her doctorate in chiropractic. Her long-term vision is to bridge the gap between strength training and healthcare by integrating nervous system regulation, postural correction, and performance development to help people move and perform at their highest potential.
